GIORIZZ is the trading name under which Gianluca Rizzotto operates the luxury mobility platform and related services.

GIORIZZ operates an online platform for luxury chauffeur-driven transportation services, including:

• Private transfers (airport, city-to-city, point-to-point)
• Chauffeur hire by the hour
• Custom tours and excursions
• Event and wedding transportation
• Corporate and B2B agency services
• Concierge transportation services for hotels and venues

Services are performed directly by GIORIZZ and, where required, through selected independent, licensed chauffeur partners (NCC — Noleggio Con Conducente), coordinated by GIORIZZ through its proprietary platform, operational procedures and service standards, in compliance with Italian Law 21/1992 on non-scheduled passenger transport.

4.1 E-Commerce Registration. GIORIZZ is registered as an information society service provider pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 70/2003, implementing EU Directive 2000/31/EC (the e-Commerce Directive).

4.2 Trade Register. The business is registered with the Registro delle Imprese (Trade Register) of the Camera di Commercio di Siracusa.

4.3 VAT. The business is registered for Italian VAT and intra-Community VAT purposes. Invoices are issued in compliance with Italian Presidential Decree 633/1972 (DPR 633/72) and electronic invoicing obligations (D.Lgs. 127/2015).

4.4 NCC Regulation. All services booked through the GIORIZZ platform are performed under valid NCC (Noleggio Con Conducente) authorisation as required by Italian Law 21/1992 — whether performed directly by GIORIZZ or by selected independent licensed partners. GIORIZZ operates luxury mobility services directly and, where required, coordinates selected independent licensed transport providers through its proprietary platform, operational procedures and service standards.

The GIORIZZ name, logo, and all content published on the website (including text, graphics, images, software, and design) are the property of GIORIZZ (Gianluca Rizzotto) or its licensors and are protected by Italian and international intellectual property laws (Italian Copyright Law, L. 633/1941; EU Directive 2001/29/EC).

Reproduction, distribution, modification, or any use of the content without prior written authorisation from GIORIZZ is strictly prohibited.

GIORIZZ makes every effort to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the information published on this website. However, we do not guarantee that the content is free from errors, omissions, or interruptions.
