GIORIZZ is a luxury mobility platform. It operates premium chauffeur services directly across Sicily and mainland Italy, and coordinates worldwide transfers through a vetted partner network — serving hotels, travel agencies, concierges, corporate clients and private travellers.
You request a transfer or experience and receive a fixed quote. In Sicily and mainland Italy, GIORIZZ manages journeys directly through its operational network. In other destinations, it coordinates carefully vetted local partners while maintaining a single booking and service standard. Either way one team manages the booking end to end — flight tracking, meet-and-greet, confirmation within hours.
GIORIZZ is a proprietary luxury mobility platform — not a broker that resells rides, and not a traditional NCC. It owns the system that runs the whole journey: booking and request flow, operational orchestration, dispatch, the agency workflow, a verified partner network and concierge operations, all under one operating standard — dispatch is only one component of it. GIORIZZ operates its own chauffeur service directly across Sicily and mainland Italy and extends worldwide by coordinating vetted partners, so you always deal with one standard and one point of contact.

Every chauffeur and partner is background-verified, professionally assessed for driving and presentation, trained in private-client and hospitality protocol, and bound by a confidentiality agreement. Licensing and insurance are checked before the first assignment.
Vehicle classes range from First Class and Business Class to Business Van and Green Class (electric). Services include airport transfers, city-to-city journeys, private tours, weddings and events, corporate mobility and hourly chauffeur hire.
Yes. Through its concierge and selected aviation partners, GIORIZZ arranges helicopter transfers, private-jet coordination, multi-day itineraries, event logistics and bespoke requests. GIORIZZ coordinates these — it does not operate aircraft directly.

Every transfer receives a fixed, all-in quote before you book — no surge pricing, no hidden fees. Hourly service is a transparent per-hour rate covering chauffeur, vehicle, fuel, and parking. You see the final price at confirmation, not after the journey.
We recommend at least 24 hours for standard transfers and a week for multi-vehicle events. Same-day requests are accommodated subject to availability, usually confirmed within two hours.
Yes. Pickup time, address, and vehicle class can be changed up to 6 hours before your transfer at no charge. Inside 6 hours, contact our concierge and we accommodate changes whenever operationally possible.
Transfers and hourly chauffeur: free cancellation up to 3 hours before pickup; cancellations within 3 hours, or no-shows, are charged in full (your chauffeur waits 15 minutes at standard pickups, 60 minutes at airports). Multi-day tours: free cancellation up to 24 hours before start, then charged in full (tour changes close 72 hours before). Agency and contract accounts follow tailored terms.
Most inquiries are answered within two hours during business hours and within twelve hours overnight. Urgent transfer requests are prioritised, usually confirmed within one hour.
We track live flight data for every airport transfer and reschedule pickup to your actual landing time. A complimentary 60-minute wait at airports covers passport control and baggage claim, so a delayed arrival never affects your collection.
Your chauffeur waits inside the arrivals hall just past customs, holding a discreet name sign, and walks you to the vehicle at the designated pickup point. A direct phone line is included in your booking confirmation.
Your chauffeur meets you at the terminal exit or the marina arrival point with a personalised name sign and handles your luggage from quayside to vehicle. Timing is aligned to your cruise, ferry, or charter schedule.
Yes. Share your arrival or departure time and we synchronise the ground transfer accordingly, including onward connections such as the Aeolian Islands via Milazzo.

Yes. Executive Shuttle, Coach, Lounge, and Bespoke Class are arranged through our concierge — share your dates and group size and we confirm availability and a fixed price.
First Class and Business Class seat up to three guests with two cases; Business Van carries up to six guests with luggage. For larger parties we coordinate additional vehicles or an Executive Shuttle on request.
Every vehicle includes high-speed Wi-Fi, chilled bottled water, phone chargers, and climate control. Daily press, specific beverages, and in-cabin refreshments can be arranged at booking.

Private tours are designed for up to six guests in a Business Van; larger parties are handled with additional vehicles on request. Pricing depends on route, duration, and inclusions, and is confirmed as a fixed quote before you book.
Hourly service has a three-hour minimum with unlimited stops inside your window. You can add hours during the day at the same rate — just tell your chauffeur or concierge, no penalty.
Yes. Our at-your-disposal programme assigns a single dedicated chauffeur across consecutive days, preserving continuity of service, language, and discretion throughout your stay.

Green Class is available now. You select it at booking and our concierge confirms the specific low-emission vehicle — typically within two hours — based on route and availability. Fulfilment is on request as we extend the programme to new cities.
Discretion is the standard. Chauffeurs are bound by a confidentiality agreement covering your identity, itinerary, and in-vehicle conversations; vehicles are unmarked on request and your booking is never discussed outside our coordination team.
