We understand that travel plans can change. Our policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our professional chauffeur partners, who reserve their schedule exclusively for your booking.
Cancellation Windows — Transfers & Private Rides

| 24h - 48h before pickup | 50% | Partial refund of the pre-authorized amount. |
| Less than 24h before pickup | 0% | No refund. Pre-authorization fully captured. |
| No-show | 0% | Full charge applies. Driver waited 15 minutes. |
| Tour requests (lead stage) | 100% | Tours are price-on-request. No charge until offer is accepted. |
How to Cancel
- Log in to your GIORIZZ account at giorizz.com/login
- Navigate to My Bookings and select the booking to cancel
- Click "Cancel Booking" and confirm
- You will receive a cancellation confirmation via email and WhatsApp
Alternatively, contact us directly via WhatsApp for assistance cancelling any booking.
Refund Processing
Eligible refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer. GIORIZZ does not charge any cancellation processing fee.
Force Majeure & Exceptional Circumstances
In cases of flight delays, severe weather, medical emergencies, or other circumstances beyond your control, we evaluate cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis with full flexibility. Please contact us via WhatsApp immediately if you experience such a situation.
