Politica di Cancellazione

We understand that travel plans can change. You may cancel any transfer or private ride free of charge up to 3 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Within that 3-hour window the full amount is charged, so our professional chauffeur partners — who have reserved their schedule exclusively for your booking — are fairly compensated for the short notice.

Modifying a Booking

You can change a transfer or private ride — pickup time, address, or vehicle class — free of charge up to 6 hours before the scheduled pickup. Inside that 6-hour window the booking can no longer be self-edited, but you may still cancel free of charge up to 3 hours before pickup, or contact our concierge for assistance.

Private Tours

Tours are price-on-request: no charge applies until you accept the concierge offer. Once a tour is confirmed, you may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the start; within 24 hours the full amount is charged. Tour modifications close 72 hours before the start — for later changes, contact our concierge.

How to Cancel

  1. Log in to your GIORIZZ account at giorizz.com/login
  2. Navigate to My Bookings and select the booking to cancel
  3. Click "Cancel Booking" and confirm
  4. You will receive a cancellation confirmation via email

Alternatively, contact us directly for assistance cancelling any booking.

Refund Processing

Eligible refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer. GIORIZZ does not charge any cancellation processing fee.

Force Majeure & Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of flight delays, severe weather, medical emergencies, or other circumstances beyond your control, we evaluate cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis with full flexibility. Please contact us immediately if you experience such a situation.
